       Communications & Technology Solutions, LLC (CTS) and PAMCO Sales, Inc. (ABCI-Telcom) today announced an agreement to merge their respective operations. The combination will create Athens? premier technology and telecommunications company. CTS, a leading technology integrator, will now be complemented by ABCi?s telephone system sales and service. The merged operations create the ability to offer consumer, business and government customers compelling new integrated communications solutions. The new company, which will be called ABCi-Telcom, intends to expand the business in the emerging market of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) telephone systems.

       The new company has a balanced mix of computer and telephone customers and is well positioned in the fastest growing areas of the telecommunications industry. CTS has strong partner relationships with Microsoft and MPC (formerly MicronPC) and has developed an innovative ?Hassle Free Networking? solution, utilizing custom designed Web Portals with integrated web-based Help Desk and Network Monitoring software that offers Asset Management combined with WAN, Server and Application monitoring.

       The Samsung dealership of ABCi means the new company will be positioned to provide state of the art communication solutions through integrated applications for business.
